Using over twenty years of experience, I can help you identify and understand your patterns, so you can improve the quality of your life. The journey starts where you are. With some help and support, you narrow down and identify the problems and old patterns that no longer work for you or have outgrown. Then, you begin to change old ways that may have worked in the past, but are causing problems now. In changing the old dysfunctional ways, you resolve and change difficult and long lasting patterns of reacting and interacting. In time, the problems becomes easier than once thought and you learn new ways to cope. In resolving these issues, your life returns to balance and find "the middle way" or the path of order and of balance.
Through self-reflection and taking full responsibility helps put you in charge of your life, getting you back to a place of restored balance, confidence, and continued success in different aspects of your life.
